Customer Architect - Belgium

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer and Elastic usage.
• Ensure onboarding to adoption, driving ongoing Elastic solution consumption.
• Articulate Elastic value and align with customer business goals.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions to smooth adoption.
• Liaise with customers and support to optimize resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer with Elastic.
• Experience with Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) and Elastic Stack.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving with track record of innovative solutions.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
