• Support customers by phone, email, and video, 24/7
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process, ensuring smooth operation
• Provide reassurance in video calls and explain processes clearly
• Answer questions about reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and provide solutions
• Work internationally with SIXT stations
