Customer Care Agent – Digital Branch Global (m/f/d) Bilingual (German, English & Spanish)

📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process – from verification and digital pick-up until
• Be close to the customer in video calls, explain processes understandably, and provide reassurance
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and find solutions when information is missing or needs clarification
• Work internationally and collaborate with SIXT stations in various countries to ensure customers

🎯 Requirements

• Customer orientation – quickly identify needs and issues, think ahead, and guide customers through
• Fluent German, English, and Spanish
• Communication skills – explain complex processes simply, present confidently in video calls, and
• Digital affinity – comfortable using modern tools (including video calling), digital processes, and
• Flexibility – comfortable in a dynamic environment, willing to work in a 24/7 shift model including
• Teamwork – enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and teams across borders
