📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7, and guide them through the
• Be close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and provide
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or something needs to
• Work internationally and, together with SIXT stations in various countries, ensure that customers
• Recommend suitable products and services, making the rental experience even better

• Customer orientation: Quickly identify needs and issues, think one step ahead, and reliably guide
• Language & communication skills: Fluent in German, English, and Spanish (all three languages
• Digital affinity: Naturally use modern tools (including video calling), digital processes, and
• Flexibility: Comfortable in a dynamic environment and willing to work in a 24/7 shift model
• Teamwork: Enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and teams across borders
• Sales instinct: Recognize relevant additional needs and can convincingly recommend suitable
