📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video, 24/7, guiding them through the entire pick-up process
• Be close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and provide
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or needs clarification
• Work internationally and collaborate with SIXT stations in various countries to ensure customers
• Recommend suitable products and services to enhance the rental experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German, English, and Spanish (all three languages are required)
• Strong customer orientation: quickly identify needs and issues, think ahead, and guide customers to
