Customer Care Agent – Digital Branch Global (m/f/d) Bilingual (German, English & Spanish)

📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video, 24/7, guiding them through the entire pick-up process
• Conduct video calls to explain processes and provide reassurance
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and resolve issues when information is missing or needs clarification
• Work internationally with SIXT stations in various countries to ensure smooth customer journeys
• Recommend suitable products and services to enhance the rental experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German, English, and Spanish (all three required)
• Strong customer orientation and ability to identify needs quickly
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex processes simply
• Comfortable presenting confidently in video calls
• Digital affinity and familiarity with modern tools and digital processes
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift model including weekends and public holidays
