📋 Description

• Support customers by phone, email, and video, 24/7
• Guide customers through the entire pick-up process — from verification and digital pick-up through
• Be close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and provide
• Answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing bookings
• Review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or something needs to
• Work internationally and, together with SIXT stations in various countries, ensure that customers

🎯 Requirements

• Customer Orientation: quickly identify needs and issues, think one step ahead, and reliably guide
• Language & Communication Skills: fluent in German, English, and Spanish (all three required)
• Digital Affinity: naturally use modern tools (including video calling), digital processes, and
• Flexibility: comfortable in a dynamic environment, willing to work in a 24/7 shift model including
• Teamwork: enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and teams across borders
• Sales Instinct: recognize relevant additional needs and convincingly recommend suitable products
