📋 Description

• You support our customers by phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7 and guide them through
• You are close to the customer in video calls, explain processes in an understandable way, and
• You answer questions related to reservations, rentals, and pick-ups, and assist with finalizing
• You review customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or something needs
• You work internationally and, together with SIXT stations in various countries, ensure that our

• Language & Communication Skills: You speak fluent German, English, and Spanish (all three
