• Support customers via phone, email, and video, around the clock, 24/7
• Guide customers through the entire pickup process, from verification to digital pickup to start of
• Be close to customers in video calls, explain processes clearly, and provide confidence when

• Verify customer data and quickly find solutions when information is missing or needs clarification
• Work internationally and collaborate with SIXT stations in various countries to ensure customers
