Customer Care Specialist

📋 Description

• Proactively build a borrower book of real estate investors.
• Serve as champion of the Customer for all borrower needs.
• Engage clients on their timetables, including some evenings/weekends.
• Advise borrowers on pricing and rehab scope of work.
• Attend local and regional industry events, including REA meetings.
• Deliver a complete loan file ready for underwriting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of sales experience
• CRM or Salesforce experience
• College degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or relevant experience
• Passion for Real Estate investing
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and growing organization
