  • Own complex escalations end-to-end (programming, DB, API, UI) to resolve issues.
  • Identify root causes with troubleshooting using R&D tooling, systems, and codebases.
  • Use AI tools including LLM log analysis and code search to speed RCA.
  • Build and maintain internal diagnostic tools, including AI tooling.
  • Communicate root causes, workarounds, and timelines to teams.
  • Mentor Support engineers and contribute to the knowledge base.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • BS/MS in CS, CE, IS, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in hands-on software engineering including customer-facing escalation.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby.
  • Good understanding of network protocols and distributed systems.
  • Experience with SaaS environments and cloud infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases.
