Customer Communications Specialist

📋 Description

• Campaign Execution: Build Gainsight journeys and target campaigns with Stripo.
• Calendar Management: Update the global customer communications calendar.
• Governance & Documentation: Maintain internal docs for alignment.
• APAC Alignment: Liaise with APAC regional leads for local timing.
• Quality Assurance: Review content and test before deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, or Customer Marketing.
• Gainsight and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Design Tools: Stripo experience; basic HTML/CSS.
• Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns and update Confluence.
• Communication Skills: Strong English; collaborate with global teams (APAC).
• Attention to Detail: QA for error-free targeting and formatting.
