• 1+ years in content creation, customer service, or related field
• BA degree in a communication-related field
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and content best practices
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Canva; strong public speaking
• Team player who drives to exceed core metrics
• Able to work collaboratively in a hybrid setting
