📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target
• Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the distribution process
• Act as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client's communication
• Offer recommendations on content best practices to help increase engagement and visibility

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required
• BA degree in a communication-related field required
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and content best practices desired
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus
• Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs
