Customer Data Architect (Salesforce)

📋 Description

• Own the customer data architecture from the enterprise customer data platform into Salesforce Data
• Define identity and match logic, including owner and customer resolution, household and vehicle
• Lead the data model and data model object (DMO) strategy in Data 360.
• Define audience eligibility, segmentation, suppression and consent rules for all programs.
• Design the activation architecture: what is prepared in the enterprise data layer and what is
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including conflicting sources overriding trusted records.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data architecture, customer data strategy or enterprise data engineering, with a focus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or another enterprise CDP such as Adobe Real-Time CDP
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile unification and household or relationship
• Advanced SQL, plus familiarity with Python and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks
• Experience designing data ingestion pipelines and data quality frameworks.
• Working knowledge of consent, privacy and data governance in large enterprise environments.
