Customer Delivery Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical interface for customer missions.
• Own the full mission lifecycle from requirements to on-orbit execution.
• Operate Loft spacecraft and payloads on orbit, driving mission execution.
• Design and implement mission apps on Loft’s API and operational framework.
• Develop mission tooling and automation in Python for reliability and scale.
• Translate operational experience into concrete product improvements and roadmap input.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operational engineering (satellite ops or live products)
• Experience owning production systems in mission-critical environments
• Experience diagnosing issues across multi-layered systems
• Strong Python scripting and automation for operations
• Experience with Docker or similar DevOps environments
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments
