📋 Description

  • Lead and develop the Technical Solutions and Customer Delivery team
  • Drive operational and cultural improvements across delivery activities
  • Optimise customer implementation processes
  • Oversee the full customer delivery portfolio
  • Personally manage selected implementation projects
  • Analyse customer systems including ETRM, billing, ERP, CRM

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in STEM discipline
  • Experience in SaaS implementation or business analysis
  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of business systems and data flows
  • Familiarity with a scripting language, preferably Python
