Customer Deployment Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive new deployment with environment setup, adoption, and self-sufficiency.
• Guide business users, data engineers, and developers on Sigma methodologies.
• Define deployment path and value activation based on customer needs.
• Provide implementation guidance: data connections, modeling, performance, security.
• Manage milestones: kickoff, training, first value use case, handoff to CS.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data warehousing, AI apps, analytics, or BI.
• 3+ years BI dev in customer-facing role with Tableau/Looker/Power BI or similar.
• Hands-on SQL with dimensional modeling and shaping (SCD, date dims, pivot/unpivot).
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Clear communicator, able to explain complex topics simply.
• Experience building data apps with APIs and external storage.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
