Customer Education Manager

📋 Description

• Own and mature the Drata Academy program: curriculum architecture across the product suite (GRC
• Design distinct learning experiences for Enterprise and SMB customers
• Launch and own the Drata Admin Certification program end-to-end
• Use AI tools for content lifecycle: personalization, adaptive learning paths, gap identification
• Define and own education KPIs: course completion rates, certification pass rates
• Connect Academy to the broader Digital CS ecosystem: automated playbooks, in-app tooltips, community

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in customer education, learning & development, or instructional design
• Proven track record building or maturing customer education programs
• Experience designing L&D programs for both Enterprise and SMB customers
• Certification program experience: designed, launched, or owned professional certification end-to-end
• Hands-on LMS expertise: Skilljar, Gainsight Academy, Docebo, Thought Industries, or similar
• AI fluency: used AI tools to accelerate content creation or improve learning outcomes
