🎯 Requirements

• You’ve owned recurring live education or a comparable customer-facing program and can show how you
• You come from customer education, product training, customer success, enablement, learning design
• You own recurring work reliably. You can manage a calendar, multiple contributors, deadlines, and
• You’ve helped people learn something complex. You can explain clearly and check whether someone can
• You’re comfortable facilitating live. You can guide participation, respond to questions, and adjust
• You help other people teach effectively. You can give specific, constructive feedback.
