🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of programmatic execution and end-to-end post-sales value realization.
• Industry/domain expertise with cross-industry context-switching.
• AI fluency; leverage copilots and intelligent agents to accelerate workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical users and executives.
• Degree in Engineering, CS, Math, or Business Analytics (or related).
• German language proficiency required.
