  • Oversee launch activities for SMB clients as PMO.
  • Monitor KPIs to track progress and drive improvements.

  • Based in Sรฃo Paulo and open to going to the office once a week.
  • 3โ€“5 years in project management, customer journey design, or CRM automation.
  • Experience in scalable communication and engagement plans; CRM expert.
  • Strong PM skills; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
  • Tools: Salesforce, Looker, Notion, and Canva are important.
