🎯 Requirements

• CS degree or 3+ years in solutions/customer engineering
• Strong API, integrations, and software architectures
• Dives into code and logs; not stop at surface
• Clear communication from junior engineer to VP
• Pattern-recognition to surface recurring issues
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or enterprise software
