Customer Engineer, Agent Builder

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Design and engineer core agent logic governing agent behavior.
• Engineer and validate layered guardrails for safe, compliant agent performance.
• Architect, build, and test integrations with customer systems (data pipelines, CRMs, ticketing).
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and drive delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve failures via root-cause analysis of traces and logs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical, customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, implementation engineering, technical product/PM, or similar).
• Strong coding, API work, and end-to-end integration experience.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with testing/validation.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders and translate requirements into plans.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Bonus: experience with LLMs/AI agents and enterprise SaaS integrations; CS/Engineering/Math degree.
