Customer Engineer, Agent Builder - French Speaking

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Design and engineer core agentic logic for reliability.
• Develop guardrails and supervisory controls for safe agent performance.
• Architect and test integrations with customer systems (data pipelines, CRMs, ticketing).
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve failures via root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing role; LLM/AI experience a plus.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong technical foundation: coding, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with testing and iteration.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders and drive delivery.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; enterprise SaaS experience a plus.
