Customer Engineer, Agent Builder - German Speaking

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI agent builds for enterprise customers from design to deployment.
• Design and engineer core agent logic to optimize quality, reliability, and correctness.
• Engineer and validate layered guardrails for safe, compliant agent performance.
• Architect, build, and test integrations with data pipelines, CRMs, ticketing systems.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and drive delivery.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve probabilistic and technical failures via root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.
• Native or business-level fluency in English and German.
• Strong technical foundation: writing code, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with structured execution.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders and drive delivery.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
