Customer Engineer, Agent Builder - Spanish Speaking

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
• Design and engineer core agent logic to optimize quality and reliability.
• Engineer and validate layered guardrails for safe, compliant agent performance.
• Architect, build, and test integrations with customer systems (CRMs, data pipelines).
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria and timelines.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve failures through root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions engineering, consulting)
• Native or business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical foundation: writing code, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade solutions with structured execution and testing.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical stakeholders and drive delivery.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
