Customer Engineer, Agent Builder - Spanish Speaking

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI agent builds from scope to deployment.
• Design core agent logic for quality and reliability.
• Implement guardrails and supervisory controls for safe agent performance.
• Architect and test integrations with customer systems (data pipelines, CRMs).
• Interface with senior stakeholders to define success criteria and timelines.
• Collaborate with APMs, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver agent builds.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, etc.).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong technical foundation: comfortable with code, APIs, and integrating systems end-to-end.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions requiring tests and iteration.
• Ability to translate requirements into implementation plans and drive delivery.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
