Customer Engineer, Agent Builder - Spanish Speaking

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end architecture and deployment of AI agent builds.
• Design core agentic logic to optimize quality and reliability.
• Engineer and validate layered guardrails for safe agent performance.
• Architect, build, and test integrations with data pipelines, CRMs, and ticketing systems.
• Interface with senior technical stakeholders to define success criteria.
• Diagnose, debug, and resolve failures via root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Strong coding, APIs, and end-to-end integrations.
• Experience delivering production-grade customer solutions with validation.
• Able to communicate with senior tech stakeholders and drive delivery.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience building with or around LLMs/AI agents.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations and security/compliance.
