  • Lead, coach, and develop your team across Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong
  • Guide team through demos, discovery, POCs, design advisory, platform setup, and post-sales guidance
  • Partner with GTM leadership to prioritise engagements and adoption opportunities
  • Ensure the team is focused on high-impact accounts, opportunities, and outcomes
  • Review and improve technical account strategies, POCs, and adoption plans
  • Coach on technical storytelling, executive communication, discovery, and advisory conversations

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading customer-facing technical teams (Sales Eng, Solution Consulting, TAC, Customer Engineering, or Technical Consulting)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, automation, AI, SaaS/cloud platforms, architecture, integrations, security, and deployment
  • Experience across pre-sales and post-sales motions
  • Proven ability to build/evolve a technical field function with roles, KPIs, and enablement
  • Commercial awareness to support pipeline, tech win strategies, adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, written and spoken
