🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud platforms
• Experience across pre-sales and post-sales motions
• Build or evolve a technical field function with KPIs
• Commercial acumen to drive pipeline, adoption, and retention
• Fluency in Korean and English, written and spoken
