Customer Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing Customer Engineering team.
• Design and operationalize delivery frameworks; create playbooks and tooling.
• Own escalation for complex AI/web automation integrations; root-cause issues.
• Establish SLAs, metrics, and dashboards to track velocity and quality.
• Provide strategic product feedback to influence the roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in technical, customer-facing roles; 2+ years people management.
• Proven leader who mentors and scales technical teams; sets standards and stays hands-on.
• Technical depth: Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium; API architectures; TS, Python.
• Experience with AI ecosystems: LangChain, crewAI, Vercel AI SDK; LLM apps.
• Strong project management; multi-stakeholder, from discovery to production.
• Onsite in SF: able to work in our SF office 5 days/week.
