Customer Enrollment Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage dozens of simultaneous MVR projects at once, tracking status, deadlines, and next steps for
• Prepare, submit, and track state paperwork required to initiate and maintain MVR access on behalf
• Serve as the primary point of contact with our external vendor partner, coordinating requests and
• Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and internal Implementation Consultants to
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across all active projects to ensure nothing falls through
• Identify and escalate roadblocks that could delay project completion, and drive them to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance operations, or a similar customer-facing
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects without sacrificing attention to
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working with paperwork-heavy, process-driven workflows
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners to drive tasks to completion
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced
