📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end order process from submission to delivery.
• Prepare feasibility studies for satellite imagery to meet requirements.
• Plan satellite resources for capturing SAR imagery.
• Perform SAR image quality control to maintain standards.
• Resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as vital interface between clients and ICEYE.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Remote Sensing, or Aerospace (or related field).
• Experience in customer excellence, account management, or customer-facing ops.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
• Availability for shift work (no night shifts).
