📋 Description

• Interact with internal/external customers to obtain missing data for test samples by region.
• Gather patient, physician, billing, and test info; resolve issues.
• Communicate test status and manage resends of results; schedule mobile phlebotomy.
• Support Sales with account setup, kit orders, and requisition processing.
• Respond to inquiries/complaints, verify information, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect PHI; mentor new staff.

🎯 Requirements

• High School degree required.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Undergraduate degree or certification preferred.
• Multilingual skills a strong plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy.
• Familiarity with genetic tests performed by Natera.
