Customer Experience Associate - Temporary

📋 Description

• Respond to customers by phone/email to collect missing test data
• Update customers on test status and reschedule results
• Schedule mobile phlebotomy and coordinate sample logistics
• Triage technical issues and escalate to Genetic Counseling as needed
• Support Sales with account setup, kit orders, and requisitions
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Undergraduate degree or certification preferred
• Multilingual skills are a strong plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with HIPAA privacy and patient data handling
