📋 Description

• Be the face of Clutch for customers picking up or selling vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
• Inspect vehicles and identify issues to ensure quality.
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and notes in the CRM.
• Assist teammates and contribute to a collaborative team.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1+ years in retail; 2+ years customer-facing
• License: A Class 5 license with no restrictions
• Driving: 3 years clean driving record
• Work authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Availability: 40 hours/week; 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
