📋 Description

• Apply and evolve CX practices: Use established methodologies, tools, templates, and standards
• Conduct customer and stakeholder research: Define research objectives and select appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in Customer Experience.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience, training, and
