  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of networking and how the Internet works; security a plus.
  • Project management and account portfolio planning experience.
  • SaaS retention and value-driven sales expertise.
  • Excellent problem solving and creative resolutions.
  • French or German language skills preferred.
