Customer Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Apply and evolve CX practices using established methodologies, tools, templates, and standards
• Conduct customer and stakeholder research including interviews, focus groups, and observations
• Generate actionable insights by synthesizing findings into meaningful themes
• Develop customer experience improvements through journey mapping, service blueprinting, and process
• Facilitate solution design and prioritization through design-thinking workshops and ideation
• Build actionable roadmaps prioritizing improvements based on customer impact and business value

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in Customer Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant professional experience, training, and
• Proven experience independently leading customer research, journey mapping, experience design, and
• Strong qualitative research skills including research planning, interviewing, synthesis, and
• Working knowledge of customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, process mapping, Voice of the
• Data fluency including interpreting survey findings, operational metrics, and dashboards; working
