📋 Description

• Lead the post-sale customer journey from onboarding to renewal.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success/Account Mgmt or Inside/Field Sales.
• Fluency in French.
• 2+ years in cloud security and/or performance industries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Direct experience in commercial sales, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Strong understanding of networking and Internet basics; security a plus.
• Able to prioritize multiple deals and manage portfolio demands.
• Expertise in SaaS retention and value-driven sales.
