  • Support the customer journey across growth, onboarding, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Build and optimize customer-facing campaigns and nurture programs.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Field Ops, Product, and BI to align communications.
  • Support advocacy programs including customer references, ambassadors, and peer learning.
  • Establish, track, and report KPIs across customer experience programs.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Admin, or related field.
  • 8+ years in B2B marketing, lifecycle or customer marketing.
  • Experience delivering multi-touch campaigns and lifecycle communications.
  • Strong understanding of journey strategy, segmentation, messaging, and measurement.
  • Ability to manage programs from strategy through execution with stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across priorities and timelines.
