  • Act as primary admin for the Customer Office tech stack (Gainsight, Kantata, Mavenlink).
  • Own, optimize configurations, workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting.
  • Ensure systems enable customer engagement strategies and operations.
  • Provide advanced system support and proactive issue resolution for customer-facing teams.
  • Monitor performance, conduct audits, and drive enhancements for scalability.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer/Revenue/Operations with Gainsight, Kantata, or Salesforce.
  • Strong config/opt of CX platforms: workflows, automation, reporting.
  • Preferred: Gainsight Admin; Kantata/Mavenlink; Salesforce; data integration tools.
  • Experience with integrations, data management, analytics; AI/automation in ops.
  • End-to-end customer lifecycle understanding; translate requirements to tech.
  • Collaboration, communication, and problem solving; team oriented.
