Customer Experience Specialist - Accounting

📋 Description

• First point of contact for small business owners, bookkeepers, and accountants needing help with
• Support customers via proactive outreach and when questions arise, using accounting fundamentals.
• Help customers see the bigger picture of Xero’s value and determine next steps.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve queries through multiple channels.
• Operate a hybrid work arrangement with in-office three days/week (Wed mandatory); remote two days.

🎯 Requirements

• An accounting or bookkeeping qualification level 5+ or working towards one.
• Clear, confident communication on phone, email, or chat.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve tricky queries.
• Comfort with outbound calls and building trust with new contacts.
• Experience in a service environment with quality/ turnaround targets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt as things change.
