• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
• Work between our retail location and off-site appointments, meeting customers throughout the
• Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Bring a sharp eye for detail when inspecting vehicles using our guided inspection app, carefully
• Accurately and efficiently complete customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our
• Learn to safely operate Clutch’s car hauler truck, including loading, securing and transporting

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Comfortable driving longer distances
• Passionate about cars and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A class 5 License (valid in Alberta)
• 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
