• Own relationships with key customer accounts and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Enthusiasm for working with customers and strong listening skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated, well-organized, able to handle multiple priorities
• Comfortable working on manufacturing floor and cross-functional teams
