• Manage Help Scout and AR end-to-end; create workflows and automations.
• Execute invoicing with 97%+ billing accuracy.
• Explain complex financial topics to customers and teams.
• Partner with Sales and Success to educate customers.
• Identify ticket patterns; develop training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in Customer Support, Accounts Receivable, or Billing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; train on new processes.
• Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving; lead on tough issues.
