🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in healthcare customer service or outbound roles.
• 1 year in healthcare contact center or outbound environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English; empathy and communication.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office; quick learner.
• Able to work independently and in a team; handle pressure.
