Customer Implementation Manager, AI Solutions

📋 Description

• Lead US AI Implementation team and partner with customers to deploy AI solutions.
• Configure AI workflows, prompts, and conversations in Nextiva platform.
• Design deterministic conversation flows, greetings, hours, and routing.
• Train customers to manage and optimize their AI solutions.
• Coach a team of ~10 AI Implementation Specialists and establish best practices.
• Drive adoption, go-lives, and faster time-to-value while protecting customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in SaaS implementation, AI deployment, or customer onboarding.
• 2+ years leading technical or customer-facing teams.
• Experience leading enterprise implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Experience implementing AI solutions with large language models and workflow automation.
• Strong prompt engineering and ability to translate business needs into AI workflows.
