• Establish trust with customers by demonstrating expert knowledge of our products, sharing best
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in SaaS as an implementation manager or similar post-sales role, driving adoption and
• 3–5+ years crafting and overseeing project timelines tailored to enhance activation, comfortable
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and executive presence; able to translate complex data
• Technical curiosity with understanding of ecommerce platforms and integrations, familiarity with
• AI & automation mindset, comfortable with configuring AI agents, discussing automation
• Adaptability and learning agility in an evolving onboarding process, quick to learn new product
